What is Elixir

Summary Elixir is produced gradually throughout the battle at a rate of 1 Elixir every 2.8 seconds. Players can gain additional Elixir from the Elixir Collector. What Is Tournaments?

Summary; Tournaments are a feature in Clash Royale that allows players to compete against each other in a short-term competition for Gold and Cards. Once you have reached XP level 8, you will be able to join tournaments and create custom tournaments.
